With the surge in COVID-19 cases, one might assume getting quarantined to be a nightmare in India. Several treatment facilities have tried innovative ways to keep their patients entertained in order to kill time and negativity associated with this pandemic.

However, nothing beats this center, which played the 2015 erotic drama ‘Hunterrr’ for COVID-19 positive patients.

A video of the screening has surfaced online leaving netizens in splits. Watch the clip below.

The film’s lead actor Gulshan Devaiah shared the footage on Twitter and wrote, “Hunterrr - saving lives since 2015.”

'Hunterrr' revolves around an unassuming sex addict and his lustful journey in life. The film also features Radhika Apte and Sai Tamhankar.

With a single-day spike of 88,600 new COVID-19 cases, India's COVID-19 case count neared 60-lakh mark, according to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Sunday.

As many as 1,124 deaths were reported in India in the last 24 hours taking the total count to 94,503, said the Union Health Ministry.

As per the Ministry, the total number of coronavirus cases stands at 59,92,533 including 9,56,402 active cases, 49,41,628 cured, discharged or migrated cases.

The active coronavirus cases in Maharashtra stand at 2,69,535. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the cumulative total samples tested up to September 26 is 7,12,57,836. The number of samples tested on September 26 is 9,87,861.

A total of 92,043 new COVID-19 recoveries have been reported in the last 24 hours in the country, according to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Sunday.

The Ministry informed that 76 per cent of the new recovered cases are from 10 States and Union Territories.
