Madhya Pradesh: For first time since outbreak of the second wave, Ratlam city scores a naught

RATLAM (MADHYA PRADESH): For the first time since the outbreak of the second wave of Covid-19 nobody from Ratlam city tested positive for Covid-19, as per the reports were released on the evening of Monday. However, three cases were reported from the villages Mhow, Kotadi and Dhikava. No Covid-death was reported on Monday while 17 corona winners were discharged.

As of Monday, 206 corona patients were under treatment in the district.

During a meeting collector Kumar Purushottam said Covid-19 is now under control and therefore officials must focus on the implementation of the welfare schemes in the district.

Collector has ordered persons visiting the district from other states should compulsorily undergo seven days quarantine. If such a person is here to stay for less than seven days period then he must carry a RTPCR report while visiting Ratlam district, said an official.
