Vijayawada, February 18: In a heart-warming incident, a minor girl who is a fan of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSRCP President Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy was seen crying and trying hard to meet the former CM amid a massive crowd in Vijayawada on Tuesday (February 18). A video of the heart-warming incident is going viral on social media and it can be seen in the video that Jagan Mohan Reddy notices the girl and meets her. He is also seen kissing and taking a selfie with the girl in the viral video.
Jagan's Vijayawada Visit
Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy visited Vijayawada to meet Vallabhaneni Vamsi at the sub-jail, where he is in remand. Jagan spent about half an hour speaking with Vamsi. After the meeting, he addressed the media outside the jail, accusing the current government of framing Vamsi in a conspiracy.
Jagan criticised the ruling TDP government, saying that it is filing cases against YSRCP leaders to threaten them. He also alleged that some police officials are registering false cases against YSRCP leaders and party workers. He warned that power is not permanent for anyone and that his government would return soon. He assured that even retired officials or those who have fled abroad after committing illegal activities would not be spared.
Huge Crowd Of Supporters
Meanwhile, Jagan’s visit to Vijayawada drew huge crowds of his supporters. Thousands of people gathered to see him, cheering as his convoy passed. Amid the excitement, a young girl became emotional upon seeing Jagan. She shouted "Jagan Anna" and cried, desperately trying to reach him.
Noticing the girl's emotions, Jagan warmly invited her closer, kissed her on the forehead and blessed her. The little girl who seemed to be overjoyed, hugged him and even took a selfie with him. The heartwarming moment quickly went viral on social media.
Girl Says 'Welfare Schemes Not Available Now'
Speaking to the media, the girl said that seeing Jagan up close was a dream come true for her. She also expressed disappointment that many welfare schemes that were available during Jagan's tenure were no longer in place, making life difficult for people.
Jagan’s visit created a buzz as thousands of fans gathered to catch a glimpse of him and shake hands with him.
