Actor Sharad Kelkar, who plays the role of Arvind in The Family Man, recently spoke about how fans are convinced that he is a villain hiding in plain sight.
In one of his recent interviews, the actor his character in the show and his relationship with Suchitra.
During an interaction with Bollywood Hungama, Sharad said that "so many people believed that I am the terrorist and was behind Operation Zulfiqar in the first season."
He also said that "people think why I was in the show in the first place."
However, the actor says that these assumptions were made during the previous season.
He credited the discourse to the strength and beauty of the writing, which he said has engaged fans.
Sharad said that people are involved with the show and are attached to all the characters.
He says that the audiences' attachment to the characters is a sign that the show is good.
The actor further said that the reason Suchi is behaving like this is because what happened between her and Arvind at Lonavala -- which remains a mystery -- coincided with her marital issues, and professional dilemmas.
Directed by Raj and DK, The Family Man 2 returned for a second season on Amazon Prime Video. A third season has also been teased.
Manoj Bajpayee, who plays the lead role of Srikant in the show, recently said in an interview that the story is ready, but the third season will take close to two years to arrive.
