KVS Balvatika-1, 2, & 3 Admissions: The registration deadline for the Balvatika 1 & 3 admissions process has been extended by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). Parents and guardians can apply for the admission round via kvsangathan.nic.in, the official KVS website.

This is to notify you that the deadline for online registration and application form submission for Balvatika-1 & 3 (where applicable) has been extended to March 24, 2025, until 10:00 PM. This is in continuation of the office letter even number dated March 5, 2025, concerning fresh admissions in Kendriya Vidyalayas for the Academic Session 2025-26. Additionally, as previously informed via KVS(HQs) letter dated 17.03.2025, the draw of lots for Balvatika-I & 3 (where applicable) is now scheduled to take place on March 28, 2025, rather than March 26, 2025," the official notice stated.

KVS Balvatika-1, 2, & 3 Admissions: Eligibility criteria
Age Criteria (as of March 31, 2025):
Balvatika-1: 3–4 years
Balvatika-2: 4–5 years
Balvatika-3: 5–6 years
Seat Reservations: As per KVS Admission Guidelines 2025–2026.
RTE Quota: Children admitted under the 25% RTE Act, 2009 quota will not be charged any fees.
Exemptions & Concessions: Students admitted under RTE in Class I will continue receiving benefits till Class VIII.

Go to kvsangathan.nic.in, the official KVS website.
On the home page, select the KVS Admission 2025 notification.
Candidates will receive links to register for Balvatika 1 & 3 and Class 1 in a new PDF file.
A new page will open when you click on the link.
Create an account online and log in.
Complete the application and submit the required payment.
Download the confirmation page by clicking the submit button.
Save a physical copy in case you need it later.
