KVS Admissions 2025: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has issued the admissions announcement for 2025. Balvatika 1 & 3 and Class 1 registration will open tomorrow, March 7. All qualified parents and guardians can visit the KVS's official website, kvsangathan.nic.in to apply.
KVS Admissions 2025: Important dates
1. The registration for Class-I and Balvatika (in selected KVs) for the Academic Year 2025-26: March 7 at 10 am.
2. Registration closing date: March 21 at 10 pm.
3. Provisional lists of selected and waitlisted registered candidates for Class 1: March 25
4. Provisional lists of selected and waitlisted registered candidates for Balvatika: March 25
5. Second provisional list: April 2, 2025
6. Third provisional list: April 7, 2025
KVS Admissions 2025: Documents required
Parents and guardians are informed that they should keep the mentioned below documents ready at the time of registration:
1. Birth certificate of the child.
2. A recent passport-sized photograph of the child.
3. Address proof (Aadhaar card, voter ID, or utility bill)
4. Transfer certificate (if applicable)
5. Caste certificate (if required)
KVS Admissions 2025: Eligible age limit
Ages for all classes will be calculated as of March 31, 2025. Read the KVS admission guidelines 2025-26 to know more about age limit.
1. The minimum age for entrance to Class I will be six years.
2. The ages of Balvatika-1, 2, and 3 will be 3 to 4 years, 4 to 5 years, and 5 to 6 years, respectively.
KVS Admissions 2025: How to apply?
To apply for the same, parents and guardians should follow the mentioned below steps:
Step 1: Go to the admission portal at https://kvsangathan.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the “Admission 2025-26” link available on the homepage.
Step 3: After this, click on the “New Registration” button and then generate the login credentials by entering the required details.
Step 4: Now, log in by using the generated credentials, fill form, upload scanned copies of required documents, make the online payment and then submit.
Step 5: Download the page and take a printout for future references
