Salman Khan's highly-anticipated film 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' is set to hit the theatres on April 21, on the occasion of Eid.

Advance bookings for the film have already begun and fans of the superstar are making sure to secure a seat for themselves for the family entertainer.

However, actor-producer Viveck Vaswani has now slammed the distributors and multiplex chains for the skyrocketing ticket prices for 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan'. Not just that, but he also went on to call it an "action tapori film".

Viveck Vaswani criticises 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' ticket prices

On Wednesday, Viveck took to his Twitter handle to share a screenshot in which one ticket of 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' can be seen priced at Rs 1,320.

He went on to say that it will cost around Rs 10,000 for a family to go and watch the film in a theatre, which is highly unreasonable.

"I understand Eid and Insignia and Bhais film and all! I don’t understand 1320/- per seat. With popcorn at 400/- per, it’s going to cost 10k for a family of 4 for this treat! Not counting car parking and other sundries. Trust me, they’ll wait a few days to see on OTT," he tweeted.

When a user tried to justify the cost and stated that there are people who are ready to shell out such huge amount for a film, Vaswani replied, "Equally luxury options are available at less than half across the board. So 1320/- is not a first option especially for an action tapori film."
