A dramatic scene unfolded on the Kanpur-Sagar National Highway in Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh after a tractor bumped into a car, leading to a woman stepping out of the vehicle and yelling at the tractor driver. She was reportedly identified as the wife of a senior district-level officer (DM GIC), who attempted to display power after the two vehicles collided. Enraged over the tractor hitting her car, she confronted the tractor driver by grabbing his collar and shouting at him in the middle of the road.
