An Instagram content creator who visited the flat of his independent friend shared his views on the living space. It was unclear whether he appreciated the property or hilariously took a dig at it. In a video, Abhishek Singh reviewed and laid down the benefits of the small stay in Bengaluru which was worth Rs. 25,000 rent per month.
Singh stated the flat was a 1BR (one balcony room), which was good enough to accommodate only one person. He expressed the space was okay for a single resident and minimum furniture.
He stretched his arms and foot to give viewers an idea of the length and breadth of the flat. As Singh opened his arms, his fingers could touch the walls. He further highlighted how spacious the flat was by extending one of his hands towards the wall and another leg, which summed up the space.

While explaining to viewers how small the flat was, he remarked it wouldn't be possible for the resident to draw a girlfriend or bring her home due to space constraints.
"Girlfriend Nahi Banaoge...warna bejjati hojayegi", Singh was heard saying in the video.
"See this room. This is such a small room that if two people stand on the balcony, the space will fall short. You won't have a girlfriend if you are staying in this flat. Even if you make one and bring her here, you won't be able to share the bed. Either she would occupy the bed or you would have to. You will have to sleep in shifts and this would be embarrassing. The girlfriend would break up. So you will save on money (translated)".
Video records more than 1 million views
Singh hilariously called it a benefit of the flat and reflected on the "No girlfriend, no expenditure" thought.
Another benefit listed by the content creator was the limited space will restrict one from spending on furniture and home appliances, thus saving money on these products.
The video was posted on Instagram on February 8. It has already gone viral and received more than one million views.
