Ujjain : Union Minister of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Uma Bharti paid obeisance to Lord Mahakaleshwar on her visit to city here on Tuesday.
Union Minister Bharti refused to be photographed by the media persons present at the temple. Minister said that I am on my personal visit and I will not enter in the temple premises if photographers will click my photo. Later the minister paid obeisance to Lord Mahakal and performed abhisek-pujan inside the garbh-grah.
However, her no photography vow was broken when she was welcomed by the assistant temple administrators Dilip Garud and SP Dixit, and official photographs were clicked on the occasion. Member of Parliament Chinatamani Malviya, City President of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) Iqbal Singh Gandhi and others accompanied Minister Bharti on her visit to the temple.
Forest Minister of ChhattisgarhMahesh Gagda, and Cabinet Minister of Women & Child Development and Social Welfare, Chhattisgarh government Ramshila Sahu also visited the Mahakaleshwar temple.
