Ujjain: A bench of Indore High Court has found irregularities in the working of the trust, Science forum for rural development and research and has ordered the Ujjain collector to conduct elections of the trust. This trust also operates the Takshshela Junior College in Ujjain.
The High Court decision has come about following a long legal battle after a petition was filed by founding members. Members complained about the autocratic attitude of one of the members, M Ganeshan, who had taken over the complete functioning of the trust and had dismissed other members.
