Ujjain: Constable dies of massive heart attack

Ujjain: A constable posted at Makdon police station died of massive heart attack during duty hours on Monday late night. According to details available constable Anand Mehta (39) he suddenly fell down with a thud on the floor with a severe heart pain, and became unconscious. He was rushed to a government hospital in the town from where he was referred to Ujjain. His colleagues then rushed him to a private hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead.

On being informed SP Neeraj Pande, Abhishk Diwan, CSP Karnan Singh, Hansrajsingh, deceased’s father Lalshankar Mehta and daughters reached the hospital immediately. The body of the constable was handed over to the family members after the post-mortem.
