Meeting of Simhastha Sub-Committees held
Ujjain : Central Simhastha Fair Organising Committee (CSFOC) Chairman Makhan Singh addressing the meeting of newly constituted Simhastha Sub-Committees said, “Our only aim is to make Simhastha Fair a grand success. It would be possible only with the cooperation and coordination of everyone. The Festival of Faith is the identity of our city. It is the unique and incredible spiritual event of whole world.”
The meeting of Simhastha Sub-Committees was held at the auditorium of Simhastha Fair office, on Thursday. Presidents and vice-presidents of the Sub-committees were present at the meeting. Simhastha told to maintain a coordination to execute the work at the Fair. Singh also added that those who could not be included in the committees should also contribute their services in the grand festival. All the presidents and vice-presidents introduced at the beginning of the meeting. Fair Officer Avinash Lavania delivered a Powerpoint Presentation describing an action plan to keep the city neat and clean.
Singh also urged all the office bearers to create a harmonious environment with mutual coordination. All the presidents and vice-presidents with their secretaries and members will hold meetings to make the action plan to execute it in the Simhastha. President of Publicity & Media Sub Committee president Nirukt Bhargava, vice-presidents Sunil Jain, Lalit Jwel, president of Saint Relations and Communication Sub-committee Dr Avadheshpuri, vice-presidents Anandilal Joshi, Shivnarayan Jagirdar, president of Halting Land & Saint Community Arrangement sub-committee Diwakar Natu, vice-presidents Ashok Kadel, Ullas Vaidya, Ghat Management sub-committee president Vibhash Upadhyaya, vice-presidents Mahendra Raghuwanshi, Mahendra Upadhyaya, Clean Kshipra Campaign sub-committee president Mukesh Tatwal, vice-presidents Radheshyam Verma, Ashok Bhandari, Kshipra Snan and Dharmik Vyavastha sub-committee president Pradeep Pandey, vice-presidents Anand Trivedi and Girish Shastri and other office bearers were present at the meeting.
