Rs 5.5 lakh swindled in guise of giving agency of oil co

Ujjain : Case of forgery has been registered by Neelganga police against two youths for allegedly swindling Rs 5.5 lakh in guise of providing agency of an oil company, on Wednesday. Amit Bhadoriya, a resident of Sainath Colony, lodged the FIR against Tapan Bhargava, a resident of Gwalior and one other and informed police that both had given him assurance of giving him an agency of Oil Company. Complainant gave them Rs 5.5 lakh in two instalments and duo had assured him that within 2-3 months he will get the agency. After stipulated time when he tried to contact Tapan his mobile was found switched off, on smelling rat he also visited Gwalior in search of duo but return empty handed. Neelganga police has registered the complaint of forgery on the complaint of Amit and has taken the matter under investigation.
