Ujjain : Rainfall has failed to discourage citizens to support the Signature Campaign launched by Swarnim Bharat Manch, here on Saturday. The campaign was organized at Tarantaal Square where people participated by putting their signatures. Campaign will be conducted at ISKCON temple here on Sunday.
Gradually the whole city has come to support the campaign-demanding ban on the operation of mutton and liquor shops located under the one km periphery of the Mahakaleshwar Temple. Citizens thronged to the Tarantaal Square to support the campaign while it was raining. Rinkesh Yadav informed that the campaign has been continued for the last few days and thousands of citizens of different localities have come to support it. Citizens firmly opined that the shops spoiled the image of the temple, which is the epicenter of the city. Devotees arriving from Indore always face inconvenience due to the outlets of chicken and mutton fall on their way to the temple. The campaign will be launched at ISKCON temple at 4 pm on Sunday.
