Ujjain : On the concluding day of two day annual function of Government Girls Degree College (GDC) prize distribution ceremony was organised here at the college.
Additional director of higher education department of the zone, Usha Shrivastava was the chief guest on the occasion and said, persona of students glorifies by participating in competitions and it also gives chance for the assessment of their talent. Local corporator Buddhiprakash Soni and corporator Radheshyam Verma were also present as the special guest on the occasion.
Student of the college, Aayushi Solanki was awarded with Dr Chandrashekhar Babar Smriti gold medal while staff team was also honoured for reaching till state level in the sports competition of staff. Earlier, in-charge of the student union, Abha Laddha highlighted the achievements of college students in NSS, NCC and name of students in merit list, youth festival and in other activities.
