Ujjain : Akhil Bharatiya Pujari Mahasangh handed over a memorandum to Central Simhastha Fair Organising Committee (CSFOC) Chairman Makhan Singh in protest of the neglecting priests and purohits of local importance.
It was told in the memorandum that Akhada saints and seers are equivalent to the priests and purohits of the city temples. President Mahesh Pujari, State president Surendra Chaturvedi, Pujari Dharma Samaj secretary Jasraj Sharma, Tirtha Purohit Ajay Kundawala told that a meeting was organised at Shri Gaud Brahmin Samaj dharamshala at Bakshi Bazaar.
Priests from prime temples and Chorasi Mahadev temples were present.
