Police increase section of murder in the gang war

Ujjain : Mahakal police have increased the section of murder in the FIR’s lodged by both Lala Tripathi’s and Ashish Dubey’s gang in the case of deadly gang war which had rocked the old part of the city on night of November 1. CSP Mankamna Prasad informed that previously Section 307 of the IPC which amounts to attempt to murder was registered now has been increased to Section 302 of the IPC which amounts to murder after receiving morgue diary of the case. Seven accused have been arrested in the case till now including Babloo Nigam of Lala’s gang and Rohit Pandya of Ashish’s gang. In the gang war case Bablu Nigam on the part of Lala’s gang has lodged the FIR against Aashish Dubey, Arpit Dubey, Deepak alias Chotta Nanu, Rohit Pandya and Ajay Award while in the FIR lodged on the part of Aashish’s gang Lala Tripathi, Babloo Nigam, Ravi Pachori and others were registered.
