Over 200 people were admitted to the government hospital here on complaint of food poisoning on Sunday evening.
All the victims had gone to attend a marriage function in a local Muslim family, where
after taking the meal they started vomiting and were rushed to the hospital.
A chaos- like situation prevailed at the hospital as the patients started to reach there. Within one hour over 200 people were rushed to the hospital. At the time of incident only two doctors Dr RS Jat and Dr CS Gangrade were present at the hospital.
Seeing the seriousness of the incident, immediately administration made arrangements to call other private doctors of the town.
