Ujjain : Minister Paras Jain along with Divisional Commisioner Dr Ravindra Pastor and Collector Kavindra Kiyawat visited the spot near Mangalnath temple where an under construction wall had collapsed on Thursday.
The wall had collapsed Thursday morning making a narrow escape for the priests and devotees. The priests vacated the place minutes before the wall collapsed. No one was injured. Minister Jain instructed the workers and staff to observe caution and use proper safety instruments during the work. DC Pastor directed for use of retaining walls during dismantling of old structure, while some of the locals said the whole temple base has been eaten by rodents and serious measurements should be taken by government, before tragedy happens. Former MLA Rajendra Bharti and PWD officials were present.
