Ujjain : Owners of JK Hospital have erected four storey Hospital with all latest facilities on the permission of residential land. Notice has been issued by Ujjain Development Authority (UDA) to Dr Katyayan Mishra to clarify his stand on the whole issue within 7 days.
UDA has clarified that appropriate action will be taken against the owners if they failed to respond within stipulated time period. Hemlata Kuwal resident of Ward number 45 has registered a written complaint against Dr Mishra that on the permission of residential plot of number 4 and 5 under the Sant Nagar scheme of UDA, Dr Mishra has erected hospital for commercial purpose.
On August 27, 2015 responding on one of the public interest litigation filed in High Court by petitioner Aakash Gome, Bhim Gothwal and Pankaj Sharma.
Court had directed to more than 11 departments including Health, Ujjain Municipal Corporation, Pollution Control Board, UDA, Collector and SP to produce detailed report in this regard. When Free Press approached Dr Mishra, he declined to make any comment.
