Ujjain : The Congress on Friday remembered the former deputy chief minister Subhash Yadav on his death anniversary. Tributes were paid to Yadav at the Kshir Sagar located office of District Congress Committee. Senior Congress leader Omprakash Yadav remembered Yadav elaborating his journey from a farmer to deputy chief minister. The present members also kept a silence of two minutes to pay condolences to the departed soul. Spokesperson Rajendra Rathore informed that Manohar Bairagi, Rameshwar Patel, Mahesh Parmar, Ramlal Malviya, Chetan Yadav and many other party members were present.
The SC/ST wing of the party also paid tributes to Yadav in a function. Narendra Kachhway informed that senior party leader Manohar Bairagi was the chief guest and Chetan Yadav was special guest. Present guest garlanded the portrait of Yadav. A remembrance ceremony was also organised at ward number 12 by Chhotelal Mandloi.
