Ujjain : State president of Youth Congress (YC) Kunal Chaudhary with other functionaries conducted a press conference and levelled several allegations of corruptions in Simhastha development projects on State government here on Wednesday.
YC members also expressed doubt on the completion of ongoing projects before mega fair and alleged that BJP leaders are busy in minting money in guise of Simhastha Fair by providing contracts to their near and dear ones. YC functionaries warned that office of the MP Chintamani Malviya and collector Kavindra Kiyawat will be gheraoed if all the Simhastha development works will not be completed within 15 days. Chaudhary said that BJP government ignored social workers and senior persons of the city in Central Simhastha Fair Organising Committee (CSFOC) and saffronised the entire committee by obliging the members of the party.
State YC president asked question from state government that why central government has not provided asked package of 3,500 crore till now to the state government. And advised Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan that don’t fear from the central’s ‘Trimurti’ (Narendra Modi, Arun Jaitely and Amit Shah) and ask for the State’s right fearlessly and YC will also support the state government for this cause. When pressmen asked that why YC members are not coming forward for Kshipra cleaning drive and only keeping on levelling corruption charges, perplexed Chaudhary said that now every Sunday YC members will also participate in cleaning drive. YC president of Ujjain-Alot constituency Hemant Singh Chauhan, Vivek Yadav and others were present in the press conference.
