Cops given training for Simhastha-2016

Ujjain : Senior police officials imparted training to second batch of police officials and employees to be deployed on duty during Simhastha Fair-2016, here on Monday.

SP Anurag Kumar informed that police officials, employees who arrive here from different districts of the State were given training at police community hall by Zonal SP special branch Sanjay Sahu and DSP (HQ) Surendrapal Singh Rathore. Cops were informed about the history of Simhastha, crowd management and Akharas.

Zonal SP Sahu briefed cops about crowd management and said that there will be six ways to enter into Simhastha Fair area. Indore, Dewas, Maksi, Agar, Unhel and Badnagar Roads. Special arrangements will be done for disabled people. Officials to be deployed at a particular area have to be vigilant over the management of crowd. DSP Surendra Pal Singh Rathore talked about Akharas in detail.
