Ujjain : The team of CISCO who had reached the Simhastha Fair Authorities (SFA) last month have returned to their place after gathering fair related data and have asked a time of 4 days to come with a plan.
The data provided by the SFA was related to the services and management which will be provided to the authorities during the Simhastha Fair. CISCO was brought into the Simhastha Fair by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan who was captivated by the Centralised Command Centre of an industry, during his visit to South Korea. The CISCO team has gathered the information and will process it come up with efficient solutions for a better and Smart Simhastha.
SFA has proposed the company to build a similar centralised command centre for them, so that the basic services such as sanitation, water, electricity, supply and most important crowd management during the fair. The team members are likely to visit once again this week with their proposals for the command centre.
On the other hand the fair has attracted the scholars to the city for research purposes. SFA authorities told that a team of IISC Bengaluru and Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO Dutch: Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek), is reaching the city around November 19-20 to research over the Simhastha fair preparations. The team will experiment and research over the preparations of the SFA and crowd management techniques. And will sample outputs for further research and implementation similar mass gatherings.
