Khandwa : Former MLA and BJP’s senior leader Hukum Chand Yadav on Tuesday has won the election and became the new President of District Co-operative Bank. By winning this election Hukum chand Yadav has returned back to active politics.
Manoj Tarwala (Burhanpur) and Uttam Chain Singh Patel (Killod) have been elected as the Vice-President of the bank. Bank’s Former President Kailash Patidar has been elected as Apex Bank representative.
The elections for these posts were conducted in the presence of Assistant Registrar of Co-operatives.
All these contestants were declared elected unopposed as no one other than them has filled the nominations for these posts.
Returning Officer ML Gajbhiye announced the results of the elections at the first meeting of the Board of Directors.
