Popular Bhojpuri actress Akshara Singh, who was also seen in Karan Johar's 'Bigg Boss OTT', is currently making headlines for a leaked MMS video, allegedly featuring her.
While the faces in the viral video are not clear, several social media users claimed that the woman seen in the MMS in a compromising position was Akshara.
The actress has now finally broken her silence on the video. According to Times of India, Akshara stated that she has not watched the MMS video herself and that she does not care about it.
"Whoever did such an act, I do not care about all these things. Someone made a statement. Even I haven't watched the MMS video yet. Do you want to know whether I'm in this viral video? I'm not going to cry over such a cheap act, and it doesn't bother me," she said.
Amid the MMS controversy, a video of Akshara is doing the rounds on the internet and many are confusing it as her reaction to the leaked video. The clip shows the actress sobbing as she slammed the haters saying 'tang karke rakh dia hai' and called out the cheap mentality of the Bhojpuri film industry. Reportedly, it was her Makar Sankranti song last year that stirred the controversy.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time that an actress has hit the headlines for leaked videos. A few days ago, reality show contestant Anjali Arora also faced the brunt of a similar scandalous video that had gone viral on the internet.
