UTT Corporate TT tournament: Mayuresh make last four

Mumbai: Defending champion Mayuresh Kelkar made the most of two walkovers to ease into the quarterfinals of the UTT Corporate Table Tennis tournament here at the Khar Gymkhana here on Saturday. Kelkar, had to cross only one hurdle in Group A and he did that fairly easily, beating Gourab Kar of JP Morgan in three straight games.  He faced a semblance of a fight in the second game but eventually won 11-3, 13-11, 11-6. He will take on Kaushik Suvarna of Motilal Oswal who finished second Group B.
