The CBSE Cluster IX Basketball Tournament 2025 is currently underway at Indira National School, Pune, having kicked off on 20th July 2025. The tournament features an exciting lineup of schools competing with energy, skill, and sportsmanship, making it a true celebration of school-level basketball.
In the first match of the day, Indira National School (INS) delivered a dominant performance against KLE, winning comfortably with a score of 30-6. DY Patil School (DYPS) showcased a strong offense in match two, outscoring PISP by 56-31 in a fast-paced game. In the third game, NEHS outclassed PIS, securing a decisive 34-17 win with solid team coordination.
The fourth match turned into a thrilling battle as INS edged out AVM in a high-scoring contest, eventually claiming victory with a close 50-44 scoreline. DRSK showed control and precision in match five, registering a 43-27 win over WSN, keeping their opponents at bay throughout the match.
The sixth game saw a close fight between AAPS and SHAN, with SHAN narrowly clinching the win by a single point, 26-25. Wrapping up the day, MNS emerged victorious in match seven with a 28-16 win over APS, capping off another action-packed day at the tournament.
