Mumbai: After two good quarters Mumbai Che Raje lost their way which helped Telugu Bulls get back into the game-winning the tie 39-28 in the Indo International Premiere Kabaddi League played at Balewadi, recently. Mumbai started with an attacking mindset with Diljeet scoring back to back to give Mumbai Che Raje a 6-2 in the 1st quarter.
The Telugu Bulls did well to switch gears and counterattack to reduce Mumbai Che Raje’s lead to 1 point at 8-7 at the end of the 1st quarter. Mumbai tightened their defenses tackling all attempts by Telugu Bulls extending their lead to 12-8 with five minutes to go. Mumbai falter in defense which cost them three points helping Telugu Bulls get back in the game at 11-12.
Raiders got into the action in the dying moments of the 2nd quarter to help Mumbai Che Raje race away to a 17-14 lead. In a disappointing final quarter, Mumbai Che Raje lost control over the game while Telugu Bulls went ok a rampage scoring 11 points to win the tie by 39-28 at the end of the 4th and final quarter.
