Mumbai: Gokuldham and Don Bosco, Matunga emerged champions winning their respective titles in the Mumbai School Sports Association (MSSA) invitational inter-school hockey championship at the St Stanislaus school ground here on Monday.
In the invitational contest was organised on the occasion of the Olympic Day saw the hosts, St Stanislaus fail to deliver as their under-14 and under-12 teams lost to Gukuldham and Don Bosco, 7-0 and 4-3 respectively. St Teresa outplayed Yashodham 3-0 to annex the girls under-14 title.
A total of 27 teams took part in the championship both in the boys and girls sections, which was played in the round robin format, with each team playing four games each.
