CPL 2018: Sohail Tanvir’s obscene send-off to Ben Cutting gets heavily criticised

Pakistan bowler Sohail Tanvir came into controversy when he showed both the middle fingers to the Australian batsman Ben Cutting during a CPL match between Guyana Amazon Warriors and St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. Guyana’s Tanvir bowled St Kitts Cutting and then showed him middle fingers, the incident was caught on camera.

The incident occurred in the 17th over of the innings after Sohail Tanvir bowled Ben Cutting. The incident went viral on social media as the Pakistan bowler was criticized for his actions.

Chris Lynn the Australian cricketer criticized the gesture from Tanvir, Lynn is playing for Trinbago Knight Riders in the league. Another Australian pacer Gurinder Sandhu too criticized the behaviour of Tanvir.

Although Guyana Amazon Warriors won the match by six wickets, Tanvir’s double finger send-off became the main attraction of the game.
