Mumbai : Bonnie D’Souza’s strike helped Xavier’s Boys eke a narrow 1-0 win against Jupiter SC in a Third Division quarter-final play-off match of the MDFA (Mumbai District Football Association) League – 2014-15, played at the St. Xavier’s ground, Parel on Thursday evening.
In another match, Tarun Sporting scored an identical 1-0 victory against Charkop United to advance to the semi-final. Kasumar Singh netted the lone goal of the match.
