Mumbai: ‘Judging for yourself’ is what is in store when the 1000-odd runners gather for the TSEC Bandra Marathon which is to be flagged off from Bandra Fort, here on March 10 (Sunday). In their 7th year of the race, the organisers the TSEC Sports’ Committee have gone a step ahead. There is no need for time keepers, as each runner will know what she/he have gained as each one will be provided with a electronic timing chip.
“This will help the runners to judge for themselves their capability,” said one of the official. Known better as the c, the race will be flagged off form Bandra Fort, Hill Road – Carter Road-Pali Hills-linking Road and RD National Campus.
