The viewers of ongoing T10 league witnessed one of the most destructive innings by a batsman, when Afghan player Mohammad Shahzad smashed 76 runs off 16 balls. The impressive innings came when the T10 team Rajputs were chasing the target of 94 set by Shane Watson-led Sindhis.
While chasing 94 runs in 10 overs, Shahzad played an astonishing innings bashing 74 off 16 balls. Shahzad reached his half-century in just 12 balls, hitting a total of 8 sixes in his innings. With Shahzad’s spectacular innings, Rajputs reached 95 in just four overs winning the match by 10 wickets.
Batting first, Sindhis posted 94/6 in 10 overs with Shane Watson becoming a lone batsman to reach two digit score. Rest of the batsmen could not play up to the mark. While the viewers expected the match to be close-fought affair in the second innings, Shahzad made it completely one-sided affair with his innings of 76-off-16.
