Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): As per health bulletin issued on Sunday, 18 people including 6 patients from city tested corona positive, taking the tally to 18,931 in the district.

The death toll reached 170 mark with the death of a 55-year-old woman patient from Mahidpur, who succumbed on Sunday.

On Saturday, the toll reached 169 in the district. Nineteen persons tested positive on the day taking the tally of corona patients to 18,913. Out of 2,295 sample reports, 12 persons from city, 2 from Ujjain Rural, 3 from Mahidpur and 2 from Barnagar tested positive. All of them are symptomatic.

A total of 723 active patients are under treatment as of Sunday. Samples of 2,99,936 people have been taken across the district so far and no report is awaited. With 189 patients discharged on the day, the total number of discharged patients increased to 18,021.
