Two families clash over petty issue, two hurt

Indore : Two persons were injured in a clash between two families in Banganga area on Friday night. During the fight, a youth opened fire but none injured. Police have registered case against both the parties.

According to Banganaga police, the incident took place in Vijayvargiya Nagar. One Sanjay Kushwah and Ramkumar Yadav had a heated argument over a petty issue. Later their families started arguing and the situation turned violent. Ramkumar, his son and another youth attacked Sanjay and his mother Dayawati with sticks and one of the accused fired a bullet on Sanjay but it did not hit him. The police booked Ramkumar, his son Nitesh and Sonu on the complaint of Sajay. Sanjay and Rakesh were also booked on the complaint of Ramkumar. Police detained two persons and started an investigation into the matter.
