Indore: The meeting of inter-departmental coordination committee was held at collectorate on Thursday. Collector Lokesh Kumar Jatav presided over the meeting. On this occasion, he directed all the officers to resolve the cases related to residents that are pending for more than 300 to 500 days within seven days and inform him about the disposal.
He also said that cases of public hearing and time-limit redressal should be resolved on priority. During the review meeting, Jatav further said departments, which want land for building, hostel, hospital, ashram, should take necessary initiatives. Likewise, government departments whose buildings are under-construction or pending should coordinate with PWD officials. The construction work of office of Public Service Gurantee in Depalpur and Hatod has not begun.
During review of food department, food controller L Mujalda said this year’s wheat procurement along with gram will be done at minimum support price. Interested farmers can register online for selling gram. Last year, 11,000 farmers had sold gram on support price and 28,000 sold wheat at support prices.
The last date of registration for selling gram and wheat at the support price is February 23. The support price of wheat this year is Rs 1,840 per quintal. Additional collector (development) Neha Meena, ADM Ajaydev Sharma, ADM Kailash Wankhede, deputy collector Ravi Kumar Singh, deputy collector Sreekhela Shrotri and other officers were present in the meeting.
