Ratlam: Weekend lockdown to continue in district till further orders, markets to open as per guidelines

Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh): The weekend lockdown will continue in the district on Saturday and Sunday while night curfew will remain effective from 10 pm to 6 am. Left and right side shops opening formula on alternate days will also remain effective.

The decisions were taken in Crisis Management Committee meeting held on Monday, which was presided over by District Covid-19 incharge minister Jagdish Devda. It was decided that vaccination of all the traders and businessmen will be carried out. The permission has been granted for construction activities.

State finance minister Jagdish Devda directed to prepare a work plan for the treatment of Covid-19 and black fungus patients. He said if situation remained normal, then further relaxation will be considered in the next meeting of the committee.

District collector Kumar Purushottam said that the positivity rate is 1.75 per cent in the district. MP Sudhir Gupta, MLA Chaitanya Kashyap, MLA Dr Rajendra Pandey, MLA Dilip Makwana also gave suggestions.
