Jaora (Ratlam district, Madhya Pradesh): Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated an oxygen plant in the Civil Hospital here virtually on Saturday.

In his address, he said efforts made by MLA Dr Rajendra Pandey and cooperation of donors are commendable. “It is a matter of satisfaction that there has been a significant reduction in corona positivity rate in the state as well as in Ratlam district but caution is necessary. Everyone has to still follow Covid guidelines,” he said.

Chouhan said he would meet donors when he will visit Jaora and they should be felicitated. He appealed to people to plant saplings for environment protection. Chouhan also remembered former MP Dr Laxminarayan Pandey and said his incomplete works are being completed by his MLA son Dr Rajendra Pandey. The MLA collected more than Rs 1 crore through public support for health care facilities.
