Nagda : Even after passing 5 months to the bomb blast at Sarafa situated Rathi Jwellers, the police could not solve the case. The Rathi Jwellers’ owner family is still terrified. The high rank officers took the matter very seriously after the incident but the local police officers are reluctant to catch the accused. Recently police jawans have been deployed at the home and the shop of the trader family.
An unidentified accused threw a bomb pointing the shop Rathi Jwellers around 7.30pm on November 26. Instead of falling in the shop, the bomb fell on the busy road. Some people including two children got injured due to the bomb.
Taking the matter seriously, Nagda and Birlagram police officers reached the spot with force. IG Madhukumar and SP Manohar Verma also inspected the place and said that the investigation will be done with full seriousness and the accused will be caught soon.
The city police are totally clueless about the unidentified accused. It seems as if the police are not serious about catching the accused.
“The directors of the Sarafa Jwellers have not received any kinds of threats any time soon. From the time of the bomb throwing incident till now, the police force has been deployed at the shop and the home of the Sarafa trader.
It could be the case that the force might have been shifted to another place due to some serious need for a short while otherwise the police force has been constantly there. The police are investigating the matter and hope to reach to the accused very soon.” O P Ahir, Police station in-charge, Nagda Mandi.
