Indore : A National Lok Adalat will be held by Indore Bench of MP High Court on December 12 under the chair of Administrative Justice PK Jaiswal to resolve long pending matters in all courts by mutual agreement between the parties.
Matters under Negotiable Instruments Act, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, Marital and Family Disputes, Labour Matters (re-appointment, back pay and other related matters), Land Acquisition Act, Civil, Power and Water Charges (except theft cases), Bank Recoveries, MANREGA, Revenue, Forest Act, Sales Tax, Income Tax, Indirect Taxes, Railway Claims, first appeal, second appeal and third appeal, etc will be heard and settled during the adalat.
Interested parties may contact deputy registrar, principal registrar to list their cases for settlement.
