INDORE: The National Lok Adalat will be held in the premises of Indore Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court on August 22, 2015 from 10:30 am onwards.
Matters relating to Section 138 of the Banking Act, NI Act, collection of debts etc along with insurance claims will be dealt during the adalat. Besides the above, First Appeal, Second Appeal, Criminal revision and other matters will also be heard and resolved during the adalat.
According to Administrative justice, Justice PK Jaiswal, a meeting is being held prior to the National Lok Adalat to workout settlements if any between the parties.
