Indore : A minor girl was allegedly raped by her employer’s son in his toy factory in Banganga area. The matter came to light when the girl informed about pain in her abdomen to her family members. During diagnosis, it was found that she is conceiving. Police have registered a case against the accused and arrested him.
According to the police, a case of rape was registered against Rajat Raghuvanshi of Kushwah Nagar on the complaint of the 15-year-old victim. The girl stated in her complaint that the accused Rajat’s father runs a toy factory in the area and she used to work in the factory.
On February 10 last, the accused intercepted and threatened the girl and raped her. He even threatened her of dire consequences.
Fearing the threats, the victim did not disclose the incident to anyone. Taking advantage, the accused raped her again and issued threats.
Later, the victim left the job in August last week. She fell sick a couple of days ago and said about pain in abdomen to her family members. She was immediately taken to the hospital where family member came to know that she is pregnant and they filed a complaint with the police. The accused Rajat was arrested on Tuesday.
