Madhya Pradesh: Workshop on organic farming held in Mandleshwar village

MANDLESHWAR (KHARGONE DISTRICT): A workshop on organic farming was held at Madhavashram Trust Gaushala on Wednesday here in Mandleshwar village of Khargone district.

A total of 118 farmers observed the 200 medicinal plants and 225 varieties of fruit and the Nakshatra Vatika developed in Gaushala. Trust chairman Arvind Joshi was the chief guest while special guests were ex-minister Archana Chitnis and Rajya Sabha MP Sumer Singh Solanki.

Chitnis motivated the farmers to adopt organic farming. Programme was conducted by Rajesh Badole. Ex-MLA Rajkumar Meo, Rajesh Badole, Govind Chaturvedi, Amit Joshi were present.
