JAORA (RATLAM): Health facilities will be beefed up in Jaora to brace for the third wave of corona. During a review meet here MLA Dr Rajendra Pandey said that a separate ward for kids and a 10-bed intensive care unit (ICU) will be developed at the Civil Hospital here. The participants also deliberated on installation of ventilators and CT scan machines at the hospital.
Later, Pandey inspected the new pathology lab with medical officers.
Dr Pandey said that his sole aim is to provide better medical facilities for the people of Jaora.
Few days back, additional chief secretary of the state government had ordered that the Jaora Civil Hospital be upgraded as a District Hospital. Consequently, the local administration have commissioned a pathology machine and are upgrading the pathology lab.
