RATLAM (MADHYA PRADESH): Ratlam district collector Kumar Purushottam on Thursday appealed to the shopkeepers to ensure that their customers follow Covid-19 guidelines.
Collector said that negligence lead to rise in Covid cases, so shopkeepers have to shoulder the responsibility of ensuring compliance with corona norms.
If Covid-19 cases will increase, then restrictions will have to be imposed again.
Meanwhile, anti-Covid vaccination for the bank officials and employees commenced on Thursday at the two centres in the Kalika Mata Mandir area. On the day-1 400 vaccination were to be administered, informed a press release.
Official information said that on the first two days of June month a total of 35 active covid positive cases were found in the district. On June 1, 19 cases were found and on June 2, 16 cases were found.
In two days period, one covid patient passed away. 764 sample reports were still awaited from the Government Medical CollegeCovid-19 laboratory.
