Ingene Organics celebrates World Soil Day

Indore : InGene Organics celebrated World Soil Day recently. Speaking on the occasion, JS Khorakiwala, CMD, Biostadt India Ltd, Mumbai said “Maintaining soil health can only be ensured through a strong partnership with farmers. This is one of the key guiding principles for InGene Organics to celebrate World Soil Day. Care of soil will contribute to environmental wellbeing through, for example, preventing soil erosion and degradation, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting carbon sequestration and promoting sustainable use of agricultural inputs for soil health and ecosystems management.”

Mritunjay Kumar, GM, InGene Organics introducing InGene organics at the platform said, “InGene Organics has launched organic certified eco-friendly Marine plant based Granules – Nanozim to provide quality nutrition to crops and maintain the quality of soil. The company is sensitized towards promoting healthy crop practices. All our efforts are made to educate farmers about soil quality indicators, soil health management, advances in plant nutrition, efficient nutrient and water use, soil and moisture conservation as well as socio economic issues of soil health. We are celebrating World Soil day all over India and meeting lakhs of farmers and other stake holders to promote Healthy Soil for a Food Secure World.” Other guests present were Vinod Chauhan, proprietor M/s Shri Balaji Seeds and Pesticides, Indore along with company representatives, Rajesh Sharma (Business Manager), Ravish Singh (Group Product Manager, Mumbai) and Pramod Tak (Regional Field Manager, Indore).
