Indore: Wife of a media person died during treatment in a city hospital on Monday. She was admitted in the hospital after she fell from their motorcycle while returning home with husband in Aerodrome area on Sunday late night. According to Aerodrome police, the deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Pushpa Yadav, a resident of Shri Laxmi Nagar area of the city. She and her husband Dharmendra Yadav (a media person) had gone to attend a marriage function. While they were returning home, Pushpa lost balance and fell from the moving motorcycle.
She received critical head injury and was rushed to a private hospital. On Monday, she succumbed to injuries. Dharmendra is a video journalist with a news channel in the city. The last rites will be performed in Panchkuian Muktidham on Tuesday.
Two killed in road accident
Two persons were killed after their two-wheeler was hit by a water tanker in Lasudiya area on Monday afternoon. They were returning home when the accident occurred. According to information, the incident took place near Metro Mall around 1.30 pm. The deceased identified as Vinay Dhakad and Narendra Bundela were on their way to home on a scooter when the speeding water tanker hit them. They got critically injured in the incident and were rushed to a hospital but they could not be saved. According to information, they were working as security guards at a car showroom. Police have registered a case and are looking for the errant tanker driver.
