Indore: A good leader should always be a servant-leader, adaptive and creative thinker, and a global communicator, said Indian Institute of Management Indore Director Prof Himanshu Rai. Talking about effective leadership at the inaugural function of three-day conference on excellence in research and education at IIM Indore, Rai said a good leader is the one who uses his heart, mind and intellect together for taking decisions.
